Since 1984 I’ve had the privilege of working with over 3,000 growing businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations — helping them map their strategies, develop their leaders, and build their cultures. These experiences have convinced me that the most overlooked opportunity in every organization is improving communication.

That’s where I come in. We start by assessing the current situation to ensure that we understand the real problem and don’t chase a solution that doesn’t change anything. Then we work together to map a path for creating the desired results outcome in a way that makes it stick long after I am gone.
